Map a priority personal data journey and identify purpose, consent, notice, rights, retention and vendor dependencies.
Assess implementation risks and develop a data breach mitigation and prevention strategy.
Respond to rights requests and check vendor data management weaknesses.
Design governance, ownership and escalation arrangements that work across functions.

Will my organisation be fully compliant after two days?
No. You leave with an actionable template custom to your organisation, tools and draft policies to begin implementation, plus a day 30 clinic to review progress.
Is this a DPO certification or a law course?
No. It builds cross functional implementation capability. It is not a legal credential and not a substitute for legal advice.
Do I need a privacy background?
No. If you own people, processes, products, vendors, systems, risk or compliance, the programme is designed for you.
What is the time commitment?
45-60 minutes of pre-work, two full in person days in New Delhi, and a 90 minute virtual clinic about 30 days later.
Will I have to share my company's data?
No. The simulation uses clearly labelled fictional scenarios, so you practise realistically without disclosing confidential information.
Can we send a team?
Yes, and we recommend it: DPDP readiness is cross functional. Group discounts rise to 20% for teams of 10 or more.
