From Risk to Readiness: Master the DPDP Act Before the Deadline
With an approaching May 2027 deadline and non-compliance penalties scaling up to ₹250 Crores, data privacy is no longer a legal footnote—it is an urgent operational priority.
Avoid the trap of dense terminology and generic templates.
Join the FIIB DPDP Implementation Bootcamp, an immersive, in-person program hosted exclusively on the FIIB Campus, New Delhi. Over two intensive days, your organization becomes the live case study for your work.
Weekend Batch - Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5:30pm
Why now
The deadline is set. Most companies are not ready.
The clock is running
The compliance deadline is 14 May 2027. That sounds far away. A working data map, notice, breach process and governance plan is 6 to 9 months of steady work.
The stakes are real
The DPDP Act provides for penalties on organisations of up to Rs 250 crore per violation. The obligations apply to companies of every size, not just large ones.
Most companies are behind
Close to 70% of organisations say they are not yet prepared for the DPDP Act (EY India, Jan 2026, survey of 150+ professionals). Starting now puts you ahead of most.
PROGRAM TAKEAWAYS
Walk in with questions. Walk out with working documents.
You will build a highly customized compliance blueprint tailored precisely to your business architecture. Walk in with your toughest questions about the DPDP Act; walk out with fully actionable working documents ready for deployment on Monday morning.
Owners and organizational leaders
Concerns about DPDP fine structures are growing, yet internal ownership remains unclear. Gain a strategic framework for your staff to execute, plus the expertise to audit their progress.
No legal background needed. The law is taught in plain English.
Process owners
HR, marketing, operations, customer support: you process personal data every day. Leave knowing exactly what your function must change.
Built for the people who will actually do the work.
Compliance, legal and company secretaries
You have been asked to 'handle DPDP'. Leave with the actual documents: data map, notice kit, risk register, breach playbook.
Who this is for
Teams
Compliance is a team sport. Send 3 to 5 function heads together and go back with one shared plan instead of five opinions.
IT and information security heads
You run the systems where the data lives. Leave knowing the 6-hour and 72-hour breach clocks, vendor obligations and how to contract for them.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
A static plan is only as good as its defence.
That is why this bootcamp features:
01
Live Data Breach Simulation
A live, high-stakes data breach simulation. Stress-test your custom framework under real-world pressure, gaining hands-on practice while executing a rapid Breach Action Plan.
02
30-Day Compliance Clinic
Support for your transition from strategy to execution, as part of our exclusive 30-Day Compliance Clinic held one month after the bootcamp.
Secure your enterprise, protect your capital, and command absolute regulatory readiness.

The schedule
Two days, engineered hour by hour.
Weekend Batch - Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5:30pm
DAY 1
Know Your Risk
Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm
You start with the countdown and what is at stake, then boot up your own company as the working case. The law in plain English, in one hour. You establish your company's exact duty list, find where data hides across teams, vendors and AI tools, and rebuild your privacy notice. The day closes with a live breach case and your own risk assessment, so you go home knowing your top exposures.
DAY 2
Build Your Defence
Sunday, 9am to 5:30pm
The morning opens in the Breach Room: a full immersion in a serious data leak, run against the 6-hour and 72-hour clocks, with your own Breach Response Action Plan under test. Then vendors: the contract terms and controls that limit vendor data risk. In the afternoon you complete your compliance toolkit, notices, consent forms and request-handling processes, and your prioritised risk assessment is reviewed by faculty. You leave with six finished documents and the ability to defend them.
Certification
Proof you did the work.
There is no written exam. The certificate is earned by attending both days, completing your working documents and presenting your compliance plan. Issued by FIIB, an AACSB-accredited institution.
This is a professional development programme. It does not confer a statutory DPO qualification, and no two-day programme can make a company fully compliant. You leave with your plan, your documents and the ability to execute.
The investment
One fee. Everything included.
Fee includes both days, all materials, the six-document toolkit, certification and 30 days of post-programme template and mentor access, and the 30-Day Compliance Clinic.

The decision
On 14 May 2027, this stops being optional.
